Please read these terms before using AmarHisab365. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What the app is

AmarHisab365 is a personal tool for recording income, spending, savings and lending. It is not financial, legal or tax advice. The app does not connect to your bank or mobile banking account, does not move real money and does not fetch live exchange rates. Your balances come only from the entries you make, so the accuracy of the amounts you enter is your responsibility.

2. Your account

• Give correct information. One account is for one person.
• Keep your password and your passkey device private.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Subscription and license keys

• Access is measured in days. New accounts may receive free welcome days.
• A license key adds days to your account. It can be used only once, and after it is redeemed it cannot be moved to another account.
• Please buy keys only from the official seller or the authorized resellers listed in Help & Support. We are not responsible for keys bought from anyone else.
• If you have a problem with a key, contact us through Help & Support.
• When your days end you can still log in and view your records, but you cannot add new entries until you redeem another key.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful. Do not try to break, overload or scrape it with automated tools, access other people’s data, share your account, or sell access or license keys without our permission.

5. Your data

Your entries belong to you. We recommend that you keep your own backup of important records. Entries you make offline are saved on your device and sent to our server when you are back online. Editing or deleting an entry updates your balances, budgets and goals. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through Help & Support.

6. Our software and content

The app, its design, text and code belong to its creator. You may use them as an app user, but you may not copy, resell or pass them off as your own without permission. Your own data always stays yours.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running, but it is provided “as is”. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or other reasons, and features may change or be added from time to time.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses that result from using the app, from wrong entries, or from being unable to use it.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
